30-Day Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Whether the fit wasn’t perfect or you changed your mind, we’re here to help.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All tags and original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required (your order confirmation email is sufficient)

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cosique.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation once completed.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are free—no restocking fees or hidden charges
  • Return shipping and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer in cases of change of mind or exchanges

  • Delays caused by customs procedures are beyond our control and do not constitute valid grounds for a return.
  • Returns of products sold as part of a set must include all items in the set. Partial returns of the set will not be accepted.
